Easiest Ever Cookies
Ingredients:
(12 cookies aprox.) 100g sugar 100g butter or margarine or dairy-free spread (I use soya spread) 1tbsp maple or agave syrup 150g self raising flour 1 tsp vanilla/almond/orange extract (optional) Cookie extras such as: chocolate chips, oats, seeds, any nuts, chopped turrón, dried fruit, wheatgerm, bran, etc. Steps: Heat oven to 180ºc. Line an oven tray with baking parchment. In a bowl mix the butter and the sugar until you get a paste. Add the syrup and any esence you are using. Add half the flour and all the extras you have chosen and combine well. Add the other half of the flour and mix again. Make balls (don't flatten) with the mixture and place them on the lined tray. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until slightly golden, bearing in mind that they should be gooey as they harden a bit more once out of the oven. This cookies are super easy to make and need very few ingredients and are suitable for egg-allergy sufferers as well as vegans (just avoid using honey or butter). Fun to make with kids too. The ones in the pictures are made with almond flakes, chopped dark chocolate (I prefer to chop good quality chocolate rathar than just buy choco chips) and some chopped turrón no-one was going to eat on its own. |

Cookies facilísimas
Ingredientes:
