Savoury - Salado
GuacamoleIngredients:
1 medium-big ripe avocado 1 small ripe tomato 1/2 red onion juice of 1/4-1/2 lime fresh coriander leaves, chopped, to taste 1/2 chilli, chopped (optional) Steps: The avocado should be ripe enough to mash it with a fork so that it stays a bit chunky (only use a blender if it is not ripe enough). Add the tomato, chopped in small cubes. Very finely chop the onion and add to the tomato and avocado mixture. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture according to taste. Finally, add the chopped coriander leaves (and chopped chilli if you like) and season with freshly ground black pepper. Avocados get oxidized very quickly so it is better to make guacamole just before eating it, although it lasts for a couple of days in the fridge (you will see how the outer part turns a bit greyish). You can have it with nachos, as a side for burritos, add frijoles, etc. Since I do not add chilli, I like to serve it with jalapeños so that whoever feels like it can add an extra hot kick. |

GuacamoleIngredientes:
