Sweet - Dulce
Yogurt Sponge CakeIngredients:
(For this recipe we use the yogurt pot as measure) 1 plain yogurt (aprox. 150g.) 2x sugar 1x olive oil 3 eggs 3x self-raising flour (either plain or wholemeal) grated zest of a lemon Steps: Preheat oven at 180º C. Mix well the yogurt, sugar and olive oil until it gets even. Then beat in the eggs one at a time and add the lemon zest. Add the dry ingredients and mix well until you have a soft thick batter. Grease a tin cake (better a loose-bottomed one) and add the mixture. Place immediately into the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. Do not open the oven until it has been baking for at least 40 minutes as otherwise it will not rise at it should do. This cake is so spongy and ideal to have with a glass of milk or hot drink. For an extra lemony taste add the zest of two lemons. You can also use a lemon yogurt instead the plain one but the flavour would be more artificial and it would add sweetness to the cake so take it into account when adding the sugar. If you use soya yogurt that would add extra sweetness too. change the lemon zest for orange zest if you like. |

Bizcocho de yogur
Ingredientes:
1 yogur natural 2 medidas del mismo yogur de azúcar (echa menos si el yogur es azucarado) 1 medida de aceite de oliva 3 huevos ralladura de 1 limón o naranja (opcional) 3 medidas de harina de repostería Pasos: Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC y engrasamos y posteriormente enharinamos el molde en el que lo vayamos a hornear. Mexclamos bien todos los ingredientes en un bol, incorporándolos uno a uno según el orden de la lista de ingredientes. Primero el yogur, del que conservaremos el envase ya que ese será nuestra medida para el resto de ingredientes. Echamos la mezcla al molde y horneamos durante 30 minutos. Este bizcocho es muy fácil de hacer y esta muy rico. |
