A good way of looking after ourselves after the feasts of Christmas is eating healthier and probably lighter.
This meal is super healthy, plus quick and easy to make, so I make it quite often. Using frozen haddock (or some other white fish) fillets and put it on a pan to cook seem too bland a meal but with a few herbs and spices you can add lots of flavour.
By adding the oaty cover you can increase its nutritional value as well as adding extra flavour and a nicer crunchy texture. And to make it super healthy just serve with some steamed vegetables on the side, though if you do not care about the lightness of it, you might as well boil or fry some potatoes for a new, still version of British fish & chips.
